The property with the land parcel number 1044/71 is located in a pure residential area (WR) in the municipality of Gräfelfing in the Würmtal. The property is ideally divided. The total area of the property is 1,801 m² and, according to the qualified development plan no. 1D of the municipality of Gräfelfing, it is located in an area with a minimum building site size of 1,250 m². Therefore, it cannot be further divided in real terms. There is already a division according to WEG. The property share coming here to the sale is spatially situated in the rear part of the total property and is developed by an access road. According to the addendum to the declaration of partition dated 28.09.2015, this part of the property has a total size including access road of approx. 1,041m².
