The building plot offered for sale here is located in an absolutely family-friendly, sought-after residential area in Bogenhausen-Denning. The plot offered here is 681 m² in size. It is not within the scope of a qualified development plan. However, a development plan has been in preparation for some time. However, according to information from the Department of Urban Planning and Building Regulations, the development plan will not be pursued any further.
