In the immediate vicinity, there are single-family, two-family, double-family and a smaller multi-family house. The apartment building across the street has two full stories with a developed attic with a gable roof as well as an underground garage and additional outdoor parking spaces.

The existing old stock does not exhaust the building law by far. Therefore, the demolition of the old building and the new development with optimal use of the building rights make economic sense.
