Location

Neubiberg is located in the southeast of Munich, directly adjacent to the state capital. The independent municipality is part of the Munich district and offers its approximately 15,000 residents a perfect, extremely family-friendly infrastructure and mature neighborhoods. The historic village center with its old village church and traditional courtyards conveys village charm to this day. The offered property is located one cross street south of the sought-after Munich district Waldperlach.
