Family-friendly home: Modernized semi-detached house with fantastic garden

This high-quality, modernized semi-detached house is situated in a quiet, green and family-friendly location. The rooms are spread over two floors. A spacious living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen, three to four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and a guest WC make up the attractive space on offer. In addition, there are two homely, well-lit hobby rooms with underfloor heating and an additional shower room in the basement, which offer interesting options for use.

Utility and storage areas complete this charming family home. A sunny south-west-facing garden with terrace and a roof terrace open up magical open spaces.

The modern fixtures and fittings, elaborate full thermal insulation and the innovative heating concept of an air heat pump are particularly noteworthy. The house comes with a single garage.

Location

Großhadern is one of the most sought-after, mature residential areas in the southwest of Munich. The flower district near the Waldfriedhof cemetery in particular offers a well-kept, intact residential environment characterized by detached houses and green gardens.

The infrastructure is extremely family-friendly. Shopping facilities for daily needs are within easy cycling distance, as are pubs and beer gardens. There is a selection of kindergartens and schools in the district, including Waldorf and Montessori facilities, a Sprengel elementary school with lunchtime care/after-school care and the private Derksen grammar school.

Großhadern is the ideal starting point for excursions to the most beautiful vacation regions in Germany. Both the Garmisch and Lindau highways (A95, A96) can be reached in just a few minutes and lead to the Fünf-Seen-Land region, including Lake Starnberg and the Alpine foothills. There are also several golf courses within a short distance. Nearby, the idyllic Forstenrieder Park is ideal for walking, jogging and cycling.
