Thalkirchen is a mature, natural neighborhood in the south of Munich that impresses with its traditional charm and high leisure and recreational value. The local recreation area "Flaucher" with bathing areas in the renaturalized, idyllic Isar meadows and the popular beer garden are just a few minutes' walk away. The Thalkirchen tennis club, the Munich golf club, the Maria-Einsiedel natural swimming pool and the Hinterbrühler See lake are also within easy reach on foot or by bike.
