Once you step through the inconspicuous wooden gate in a hidden cul-de-sac, the view of the stately estate with its perfectly landscaped park opens up. Old trees, a private spring, a shrine and a number of sunny and shady spots reveal the many facets of the spacious property and make the indescribable tranquillity and history of this special place palpable. Art nouveau elements, which are very rare for the area, also add to the charm of the villa. Perfectly restored wooden box-type and stained glass windows, elaborate wooden coffered ceilings and numerous tiled stoves from the turn of the century underline the artistic feeling of living.

In addition to three living rooms and four veranda rooms, the main house currently has a total of seven bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. A sauna has also been added to the villa, from which there is a wonderful view of the east side of the park. For wine lovers, there is a small vaulted cellar and a separate salettl for cozy get-togethers.

The manor house is heated by central gas heating and tiled stoves. The guest houses are also heated by stoves.
