For sun protection, wooden blinds can be rolled in front of the large windows, and the garden's exquisite stonework provides a sober contrast to the plantings and the dark facade.

The light indoors is striking thanks to a large bay window breaking the facade and letting the lake light flow straight through the house. Kitchen, dining and living room are united, where the only thing dividing the open space is a beautiful fireplace. Otherwise, the breathtaking ceiling height and the visual contact with the shoreline is completely undisturbed. The 170 square meters of the house consistently maintain the same exclusive and high quality with carefully selected materials and classic colors that let the nature outside the windows set the tone. In order to not detract from the spacious environment, the upper floor is built as a mezzanine in connection with the social areas below. On both floors, a separate bedroom is located in the north gable, where on the upper level it looks out over the lake sky, while the bedroom below becomes one with the surroundings through panoramic windows and glass doors.

A guest house of approximately 80 sqm, with the same high-class interior, is located next to the villa. Along with the well-grown nature, the guest house frames the outdoor environment towards the water. Here, a pool has been built into the natural slope, giving the illusion of its water surface flowing together with the lake. Further down towards the shoreline is a wonderful place for recreation where a bath house with wood sauna and exercise room is surrounded by a generous sun deck. Finally, there is also a well-placed cultivation garden at the edge of the plot.
