Straßlach-Dingharting is an independent municipality in the Upper Bavarian district of Munich with around 3,200 inhabitants; the villa on offer is located in a quiet, central and extremely family-friendly location in the middle of a mature, intact residential area in the heart of Straßlach. The infrastructure of this idyllic Isar valley community is excellent. Shops for daily needs are within walking distance; a well-stocked supermarket and a discount store are within cycling distance. There is a primary school about two minutes' walk away; secondary schools are available in the neighbouring communities of Grünwald, Pullach, Icking and Schäftlarn. A school bus runs to the Munich International School in Starnberg-Buchhof. Urspringerstraße is connected to the "fast internet".
