Fantastic enclosed farm with winery and historic tower in a sunny hillside location in the middle of South Tyrol in the Terlan wine region. The winery has 2.2 hectares of vines, including Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Merlot, as well as around 5 hectares of woodland. On the grounds of the closed farm there is a historic tower that reflects the history of the region, a residential building with four residential units, as well as agricultural outbuildings.
The historic medieval tower was built in the 14th century and was recently completely renovated according to modern building standards on 321 m² divided into two residential units. The work was completed at the end of 2022. From the tower you can enjoy wonderful views over the Adige Valley and the surrounding mountains. The second residential building has a total of 4 residential units on 327 m² with parking spaces and accessories. The building was renovated in 2021 in terms of the outer shell (façade and roof) and has modern heating by means of gas and heat pump, as well as photovoltaics with energy storage and an electric charging station for vehicles.
It is possible to use the tower for private use and keep the 4 residential units of the neighboring building rented out as an investment property, as is currently the case.
