The renowned architectural firm "LMT3 ARCHITEKTEN" analyzed the surrounding buildings and, on this basis, submitted an application for a preliminary decision for multi-storey residential construction in two variants, one of which was approved on 02.10.2024. Generous building rights have thus been secured, including permission to fell the affected trees. A floor area of 1,028 m² was approved, which, assuming an expansion factor of 0.9, results in a possible living space of 925 m². Depending on the chosen architecture and the inclusion of terraces and areas in the basement, a living space of over 1,000 m² is also conceivable.
