Our valuations are based on many years of experience in the application of the valuation methods permitted under §194 of the German Building Code (Sachwert, Ertragswert and Vergleichsverfahren). Comparative value method

Comparative value method

The approach of this procedure is the valuation on the basis of a sufficient number of comparative prices. The comparative value method is used for land, condominiums, terraced houses (conditional) and similar estate houses.

Capitalised earnings method

In this method of determining value, the valuation is carried out on the basis of the income that can be expected on the market. It is used for residential and commercial buildings, rented apartments, office properties and shops.

Real value method

In the asset value method, the value is determined on the basis of the production costs (usually NHK 2000). This method is used for single-family houses, terraced houses (to a limited extent) and also in cases where none of the other valuation methods apply.
