Impressive beautiful apartment house with monument protection and 7 residential units

This exclusive yield property offered by us is a listed rarity in terms of architecture and location. Built around 1898 as the left southwest half of a two-part ensemble in the style of the German Neo-Renaissance, the historic building impresses with a particularly beautifully structured facade, an impressive gable bay, original preserved facade stucco and round arched windows on the first floor. The building has three floors with partially developed attic. The main facade is ideally and sunny oriented to the south.

In 2007, a core renovation of the building was carried out. The seven residential units of the property are currently rented.
Particularly noteworthy is the privileged location in the direct vicinity of the Nymphenburg Palace, just a few steps away from the Southern Palace Roundabout in a well-kept residential street (speed 30 zone). The nearby Romanplatz offers all stores for daily needs and an ideal public transport connection.
