The 1,000
top real estate agents in Germany were honoured by FOCUS. The
data collection and survey of over 18,000 real estate agents was once again carried out in
cooperation with ImmobilienScout24 and via the IVD regional associations. Further
data on the offices was provided by the German statistics online portal Statista.
In the crucial category customer recommendations RIEDEL can convince with 5 of 5 stars and also with the colleague recommendations Riedel received 3 of 3 possible points. The services real estate evaluation, real estate financing, contract drafts and search service were likewise confirmed. Munich together with Constance, Tübingen, Regensburg are in the last ranks in terms of yields with only 3.0%. Landshut with 2.9% and Rosenheim with 2.8% bring up the rear. Gera with 7.1% and Dessau-Roßlau with a yield of 6.7% are at the top of the rankings.
