Real Estate Specialist Assistant (m/f/d)
For our constantly growing team of currently about 40 excellent team members, we are looking for a full-time Real Estate Specialist Assistant (m/f/d). In this varied role, you will make a significant contribution to the success of the company: you will support our real estate agents throughout the entire brokerage process - from the valuation to the preparation of the exposé to the conclusion of the contract.
Your new job
- Telephone conversations with interested parties and clients
- Preparation of real estate value assessments
- Disposition of service providers such as architects, photographers and editors as well as cooperation in the preparation of the exposé
- Viewing and checking property documents/details
- Coordination of viewing appointments and their feedback processing
- Preparation of notary appointments
Your knowledge & skills
- Completed training as a real estate agent and/or further training as a real estate specialist, alternatively as a notary's clerk.
- At least two years of professional experience in the real estate industry
- Confident and professional communication skills - verbal and written
- Absolutely secure handling of Windows, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- High motivation and enjoyment of teamwork
